Chronic pelvic pain
Chronic pelvic and lower back pain is defined as pain that persists for at least six months and can significantly reduce women's ability to perform their daily activities.
The consequences of chronic pain include reduced quality of life for women in mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects.
The causes of pelvic and lower back pain can be urological, gynecological, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, or psychological in origin, which is why a comprehensive patient assessment in the clinic is particularly important. The diagnosis is made based on clinical examination and various laboratory and imaging tests (ultrasound, MRI).

Treatment depends on the cause of the pain.
If a gynecological cause is suspected, laparoscopy plays an important role in treatment, particularly in cases of deep endometriosis, where we completely excise the endometriosis lesions to reduce pelvic pain.
In cases of other, non-gynecological causes, we refer the patient to appropriate specialists (physiatrist, orthopedist, urologist), or we may also offer pain relief treatment using magnetic chair stimulation.
